The program covers key areas such as animal nutrition, animal reproduction, dairy technology, and livestock management. It combines theoretical learning with hands-on experiences in animal rearing and dairy production. The course prepares students to contribute to the advancement of animal husbandry and Dairying. The Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying responsible for matters relating to livestock production, preservation, protection from diseases and improvement of stocks and dairy development.

Understand advanced concepts in animal husbandry and Dairying and apply them to improve livestock health and dairy production.Students will able to apply concepts of breeding, physiology, nutrition, herd-health, economics and management into practical and profitable animal production programs. Students will understand the role of nutrition in animal production.Develop practical skills in animal rearing and dairy production through hands-on experiences.Conduct research in animal husbandry and Dairying, and contribute to the advancement of the field.
